Essential functions and duties include, but are not limited to:
- Prepare and analyze monthly financials for multiple companies
- Create and review client dashboards and reports to ensure accuracy and strategic insight
- Lead and attend monthly client meetings to present financials and answer questions
- Perform monthly reconciliations of control and general ledger accounts Support clients with AP, billing, and AR as needed
- Assist with one-off projects and financial analysis
- Pitch in with the team wherever needed
Qualifications – Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of relevant work experience (accounting, bookkeeping, etc.)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of financial statements, GAAP, and general accounting concepts
- Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and organized
- Comfortable communicating directly with clients
- Confident working independently but thrives in a team environment
- Experience working with clients in the construction and/or real estate industries preferred
- Bonus points for experience with fractional finance, multiple-entity clients, or dashboard tools
Location & Schedule:
- Office: 3308 Oak Ridge Pond Way E, West Fargo
- Full-time (approximately 40 hours per week)
- Flexible schedule between 8am-5pm, M-F
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: Depends on Experience
