Sarah has worked in the accounting and finance sector for over 15 years. She has led teams and advised executives in the fields of finance, human resources, corporate structure and strategy. She works with various businesses across the region ranging from real estate development and construction to banking and financial products. She also works with several nonprofits that are close to her heart, in Fargo-Moorhead. She lives in Moorhead with her husband and three children.

With a love for numbers & a passion for leading & giving back, Kari found her perfect fit as a project accountant at Light Consulting & Coaching in 2019. Prior to her current position, Kari excelled in her role as senior operations accountant at RDO Equipment Co for 6 years, where she exemplified her leadership skills, desire for continued growth, & passion for giving back. She takes the lead with several of our financial clients, providing detailed work and a positive experience for all involved. In addition to serving clients, Kari is a member of the 2020-21 Fargo-Moorhead-West Fargo (FMWF) Chamber Leadership Program, a BIO Girls mentor, and volunteers with other non-profit organizations including the United Way. Her favorite quote is “Work Hard, Stay Sweet, Trust God, Love Deep”.
Ahron is the Project CFO (starting May 2020) after spending 15 years working in various financial leadership roles in technology, manufacturing and services organizations. His experience in human resources, IT, accounting, supply chain and corporate finance provide a breadth of experience for our clients in various industries and business types. As a military veteran, Ahron particularly enjoys working with veteran’s transitioning from the military to civilian life and looking to start or grow their businesses.
Drew hopped on board with Light Consulting & Coaching in May 2020, a big shift from her previous job as a professional basketball player in Germany. She has embraced the company philosophies, running Light Learning and Light’s marketing, utilizing her MBA degree and past experience in various intern roles. Drew chairs the Young Professional Network’s marketing sub-committee for The Fargo-Moorhead-West Fargo (FMWF) Chamber, is a BIO Girls mentor, and has volunteered her time with various nonprofit organizations. She strives to live out these core values: Authenticity, Mindfulness, Meaningful Relationships, Faith and Service.
